This was the first night of Factory at the Glass House and if you weren’t there you missed out really big. First of all the Glass House holds a special place in my heart because it’s a spot that I have seen many bands play through our my life and I hate to say that it’s been over 6 years since I’ve been there, so walking into a place like that, but now on the other end of the table was really exciting for me. The most interesting part of it all was that since it’s not a club and more of a show, you get the realy die hard people that love the music. I could feel the difference in the crowd as I would go around shooting pictures and people were exciting and screaming in a way that I had never seen before. Really made me feel lucky to be there and be enjoying such a great night with everyone. The line up was amazing, Steve Aoki, DJ AM, Dan Sena, HYPHY CRUNK just to mention a few. If you missed it don’t worry, you’ll get another chance soon, so keep your eyes peeled for the next Factory and make sure to pose for a snap and to say hi to me. I’ve know about Bang for over the last 8 years, but for some reason never made it out there. Don’t really have any reason, I guess the timing wasn’t right or something. Well this time was the best timing it could ever be. Out birthday boy Jamey D choose Bang to be the location for his official birthday. It was also the birthday of one our best friends Stephanie, so we got everyone we knew would be down to party the only way we know how to and got in our cars and headed to BANG. I was lucky to have Shalyce give me the VIP tour of the whole place and I have to say I was pretty impressed. The place has everything you would want, Electro in the main room, Hip-Hop in the red room and an 80’s room. All packed with beautiful people and good music to dance too the whole night. All in all it was a memorable night and how could it not be with two of your best friends celebrating their birthdays and a shit load of your friends danceing the night away with you. I will defenitely be coming back again now that I’ve seen and experienced all the fun I was missing. Hope to see you there next time and be ready to party if you see me.

what an amazing first stop on my birthday tour. if i could sum up the night in one sentence it would probably be something like this… “Bottle poppin, goose slizzin, face biting, dirty dancin, half naked, drunken, blur”.  that basically sums up the night at clubAVENUE. it also basically describes EVERY wednesday night in riverside. the music is always right, the people are always fun and the place is always packed. what more could you ask for?! GO TEAM!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to AVE and it’s really nice to see that Wednesday nights AVE is still the place to be. I had so much fun it and it was good to see Them Jeans once again and Dan Oh for the first time. I’m going to be doing something new next week at AVE so be prepaired to what I’m going to bring. How do you celebrate your birthday when your part of one of the biggest clubs in the elctro indie scene? Well you invite all your friends and family, about 1800 hundred people, and some good music and you have yourself what was Mark’s birthday bash. The night was insane, there was balloons, confetti, glow sticks, beautiful people all around, and good friends. I don’t know if you could top a birthday such as this one, and Mark knew it. As the crowd all sang to him Happy Birthday and you could see in his eyes the enjoyment that he had of seeing so many people support him in what he did and having along side him his family to see what he had created sure made the night that much more special. Happy Birthday Mark and thanks for all the great nights you have giving me and all the people that love you.

Pistol is what got me into what I do now and I have to thank them for everything I have now, so you can imagine how excited I was for it to come back for one night. Yeah it got moved to LA for that night, but from what I remember the people involved is what made Pistol what it was. It was good to see some people that made it all the way from Orange County just to support us. I love you all very much for doing that, I know that LA can be quite a trip at times. Thanks again for coming out and I’ll see you at the next Pistol event.

I have heard of Hi-Fi Noize for a while, but had never had a chance to make it out, so it was definitely a treat to finally be able to make it out. Miami Horror was brought in to make this monthly night one to remember. From what I know they usually have it in a few different spots, but this one was probably the hottest spot I have ever been too….not in a good way either. I mean hot, your sweating you ass off just standing there, haha. It was fine though because everyone was having fun dancing and not being too effected by the heat. I was quite over taken by the giant snakes that they have under the bar though. It’s a nice detail to your everyday ware house party. After that night I think next time this event rolls around I’ll try to make it out again. It was fun, good crowd, lots of old friends and good music. Other than the heat I think I’ll be returning again and so should you.

I would also like to thank my new friend Kendall for shooting some of these pics. She is quite funny, energetic, and super tall, which makes her perfect for taking pictures. Keep an eye out for her because you might be seeing more of her in the near future.
